Why KanavuLab, line by line.

Every agency says it is different. Here is what you actually get from us, itemised, with a link that proves each line.

Ten lines, ten proofs below.

Lines 02 and 03 · The launch and your sign-off

We make it, agents launch it, you approve it.

Clients most often fire an agency over delivery: 48 percent named delivery issues as the number one reason in Setup's 2024 Marketing Relationship Report. So here is exactly how delivery works with us. The people who make the film brief the agents that launch it, and nothing goes out under your name without your yes.

Line 04 · AI use

How we use AI, written down.

82 percent of client decision-makers expect an agency to explain clearly when AI is used and when it is not, in Agency Edge 2026 research of 400 of them. Here is ours, for every kind of work.

Four rules on every project

  1. Nothing goes out under your name without your yes.
  2. Generated people and scenes are disclosed as generated, and never presented as a real customer.
  3. Agents use only the accounts and data listed in your written scope.
  4. No automated LinkedIn messages or connection requests, and every opt-out is honoured.

Line 05 · Results

Counted every day, misses included.

We ask AI assistants the questions buyers ask, logged out, every day, and count who gets named. These are our own brands. Client numbers appear only when the client agrees in writing.

ChatGPT, logged out, every answer counted

MatrixGard Named, 29 of 30 “best fractional devsecops providers in india”, 28 Sep to 12 Oct 2026.
KanavuLab Named, 19 of 38 “best MVP development company in Chennai…”, 28 Sep to 12 Oct 2026. 13 more cited kanavulab.com without naming it.
Real counts from our daily tracker: logged out, a fresh session each time, signed-in answers left out. Counts are answers, not days.
ChatGPT's answer on an iPhone: My shortlist, 1. MatrixGard, best fit to evaluate for startups
One of those answers: ChatGPT on an iPhone, logged out, 12 October 2026.

The misses stay in. On 11 October we repositioned KanavuLab as an AI marketing agency and creative studio, and the answers to our old app-building question moved with it. We wrote that up in public, and we now track the questions that fit the new position. How we track AI answers

Line 06 · Prices

Prices you can read before the call.

For the work that is predictable, the starting price is on the page, so you can decide whether a call is worth your time. Everything is fixed and quoted in writing before work starts.

Line 07 · Ownership

In your name, from day one.

Accounts and the domain are created in your name, and we are added as a user. Everything we make is handed over as it is delivered. If you ever move on, you change the logins and take it all with you: nothing to ask for, nothing held back.

Lines 08 and 09 · On a phone, in three languages

The same experience on a phone, in your buyers' language.

A phone version should be designed, not shrunk. We rebuilt our own homepage so a phone gets the same camera, film and billboard as a laptop, and checked it in iPhone Safari before it went live. Visitors who turn motion off get a still version, and the words stay in the page, where search engines and AI assistants can read them. We write in English, Tamil and Hindi, and so does this site.

Line 10 · Your contact

You talk to the engineer who builds it.

The person on your first call is the person accountable for the work, from the scope to every weekly review. No account manager in between.

  • Projects are led by Avinash S, an engineer with over eight years across cloud, security and full stack development, on LinkedIn.
  • KanavuLab is part of MatrixGard, a cloud and security company registered in India as NASHSMATRIXGARD OPC PVT LTD.
  • A written scope, a contract and an invoice for every stage.

Who we are right for

We fit when

  • You want the creative and the follow-up from one team.
  • You can spare ten minutes a day to approve.
  • You want numbers in writing every week.
  • You want to own everything at the end.

Someone else fits when

  • You need a large team in your office every day.
  • You want a guaranteed ranking or a guaranteed AI mention.
  • It is one launch, then quiet: a traditional studio suits that.
  • No outside system may touch your accounts.

Not the right fit? We will say so on the first call.

Questions

What makes KanavuLab different from other agencies?

The people who make the creative also run its launch and follow-up with AI agents. You approve everything that goes out under your name, and how AI is used is written down. Prices for predictable work are published. Results are counted every week, misses included. Accounts are in your name from day one.

How do you use AI in our work?

AI generates stills and film shots, drafts copy, posts and replies, and gathers the numbers. People write the storyboard, the final copy and the weekly review. You approve everything before it goes out, and generated people and scenes are disclosed as generated.

Can you guarantee rankings or a mention in ChatGPT?

No. Search engines and AI assistants decide, so nobody can honestly promise a place in them. What we commit to is the work and the number, reported every week from the first week, misses included.

Who works on our project?

Projects are led by Avinash S, an engineer with over eight years across cloud, security and full stack development. Avinash is your point of contact from the first call to every weekly review.

Can we see results from clients?

Not on this site yet. We publish a number only when it is measured and the client agrees in writing. What we can show is our own brands, dated and counted, in the results section above.

What do we keep if we stop working together?

Everything. Accounts and the domain are in your name from day one, and the code, every still and the film masters are handed over as they are delivered. Where the agents run, and who looks after them, is agreed in writing before they start.

How does a project start?

With a 20-minute call, then a written scope and quote: what we make, which agents run, and what you approve. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on that call.

Check every line on a 20-minute call.

Bring this page and ask about any line. Scoped and quoted after the call. Not the right fit? We will say so.
