Cinematic websites that still load fast on a phone.

Scroll animation, film and depth, used where they explain something. We design and build cinematic websites, scroll animation websites and 3D website design, and make the stills and films they need in the same studio.

What a cinematic website is

Motion carries the story and stops when the reader stops. Scroll: the page drives the film.

Three kinds we build

  • Scroll animation websites

Video or stills that move only while the visitor scrolls.

  • Film-led landing pages

One short film, with the call to action where it ends.

  • 3D website design

Real-time 3D where an object must turn; layered stills where depth is enough. They weigh less.

Still fast on a phone

Laptops get the scroll camera. Phones get the same frames stacked, with no scrub unless it genuinely works on the device.

  3. Large screen, 2560 px540 KB

How it works

A storyboard before any build; what you get at each step.

  1. Call 20 minutes on what the page must do and who it is for.
  2. Storyboard The one idea and the frames that carry it, approved before build.
  3. Make the assets Stills, film or 3D, made for the page. No stock dressed up as yours.
  4. Build and measure Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or your framework. Phone layout, reduced motion, analytics on every call to action. Code and hosting in your name.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Launches and brand pages where the first impression decides the visit.
  • One strong idea, not ten features.
  • Time for a storyboard, then the build.

Not a fit

  • Mostly forms, docs or dashboards. Motion gets in the way.
  • Motion on every section. We will push back.
  • Live in a few days.

Questions

What is a cinematic website?

Motion carrying the story: scroll-driven video, layered depth, 3D or moving type, used to make one idea land, not to animate everything.

Do scroll animations hurt SEO or page speed?

They can, when text is baked into video or the page ships megabytes first. We keep text in the HTML, size every asset for its screen, animate only transform and opacity, and give phones a lighter layout.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. Phones get their own layout. Heavy scrubbing gives way to a lighter treatment unless it genuinely works on the device, as on our scroll-video sample.

Do you build 3D websites?

Yes, where 3D earns its weight: real-time 3D if the visitor must turn an object round, layered stills if depth is enough, at a fraction of the download.

What do I own at the end?

The code, the assets made for the page and the hosting account, all in your name.

How much does a cinematic website cost?

Scoped and quoted after a 20-minute call. The number of scenes, the film and any 3D decide the price.

Show us the idea. We will storyboard it.

Scoped and quoted after a 20-minute call. Not the right fit? We will say so.
