What we collect when you write to us

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what you send (your name, contact details and the project you describe) to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the engagement.

What runs on this site

• Google Analytics 4: pageviews and clicks so we can see which pages are read. Sets _ga and related cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
• Apollo website-visitor identification: identifies the company a visit comes from by matching the network address against Apollo's company database, so we can see which organisations read this site. It works at company level only; we have person-level identification switched off and do not receive names, emails or profiles from it. It sets no cookie; it keeps an anonymous visitor id (apolloAnonId) in your browser's local storage. A content blocker, or disabling third-party scripts, stops it.
• Google Fonts: the typeface loads from Google's servers, which see your browser's request.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes request logs to run and protect the service.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for a conversation to continue, by writing to avinash@kanavulab.com. We answer within a week. For people in India this follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
